3. Exchange and Return Policy

Subject to the following conditions, exchanges or returns are only accepted within seven (7) days of the purchase date and the delivery date.

If you would like to return or exchange the product(s), please get in touch with us at the address provided in the contact details so that we can handle the necessary steps.
Exchanges or returns are accepted as long as the item (including the unit box) is sent back undamaged, unopened, with its original seal intact, and FOC (Free of Cost).
When a product is returned within ten days of the original purchase date, undamaged, in its original packaging, and free of dents, scratches, or other damage, a 15% restocking charge will be subtracted from the exchange or refund amount to reimburse the expenses we pay for repackaging and restocking.

Gulf Souqe retains the final say over whether to accept open or unpacked products. No exchanges or returns are accepted for the following product categories: all accessories; software; movie/music/gaming titles; cartridges & toners; watches; and personal care products. Returns of products will only be accepted in the form of Gulf Souqe Credit Vouchers or Credit Memos, which must be redeemed within six months. No cash refunds will be granted. If a defect is found after the product is opened or used, it is covered under the manufacturer’s repair or replacement warranty. It should be noted that Gulf Souqe Electronics is a retailer only, and that the manufacturer of the product is responsible for any warranty obligations as stated on the warranty card.

4. Warranty Terms and Conditions

The items shown on the website are covered by a limited guarantee against manufacturing defects only for a short time from the brand, manufacturer, or distributor. The warranty card that is included with every product specifies the terms, conditions, warranty period, and warranty exclusions. Except in cases where otherwise noted, the warranty starts on the date of the invoice.

Unless otherwise indicated on the warranty card or website, the warranty is only valid inside the borders of the United Arab Emirates. Gulf Souqe will just operate as an intermediary for this service; the brand, manufacturer, or distributor will bear main responsibility for providing warranty support. It is your obligation to transport the goods, at your expense, to our authorized collection centers in particular Gulf Souqe Showrooms and Service Centers in the event that the product is damaged and/or needs repair.

Every product in the marketplace is covered by a limited guarantee against manufacturing defects solely by the supplier or distributor for a set amount of time.
